Screening.

This stage is about both you as an individual and your vision for your business. We’ll run through your business plan and help you build on any gaps. We’ll assess your abilities as a recruiter, a salesperson and a leader to gauge your potential to transition into a business owner. A good fit goes both ways – you need to be happy that Ignite is the right partner for you.

evaluation.

If financials aren’t your strong suit, we’ll help you develop a Profit and Loss and cashflow forecast to bring your business plan to life, reflecting the true cost base of running a staffing agency.
